Training Solutions

Catalyst’s seminars cover a broad spectrum of topics. From professional development and personal enrichment to community development and corporate training, we have chosen topics that are relevant to current issues.

Each seminar is led by professionals with real-world experience and expertise on their seminar topic. Because of this, they apply practical approaches to the learning environment.

In addition to expert presenters and facilitators, participants will receive training packets consisting of training manuals, supplemental materials, references, and everything else they need to complete the seminar and personal follow-up.

Customized Seminar Solutions

In addition to our standard seminar offerings, we can create a customized training solution tailored to the specific needs of any group or organization. We will develop a program by performing a needs analysis to determine the appropriate course of action. This may be as complex as conducting a series of site visits, observations, interviews, surveys and other information gathering activities or as simple as a phone conversation. No matter, we’ll develop a program that’s right for you and your organization!

Catalyst Institutes

Conducted in serene retreat settings (e. g., The Magnolia Leaf Bed and Business Retreat in Thomasville, GA), Catalyst also offers Leadership Development, Public Policy, and other institutes.

These multiple-day sessions are led by consultants with significant experience and positive results in the areas for the topics they cover. You can choose from one of the following institutes or we’ll create one for you:

• Public Policy Institute. Focuses on current and critical public policy issues to help individuals and organizations analyze issues and develop solution-oriented strategies for dealing with these issues.
• Leadership Institute. Helps individuals seeking to improve their leadership and management skills through practical experiences, observations, and feedback.
