Our Approach

Catalyst proposes to use a systems approach to conduct training and consultations. To effect the most significant and lasting improvements, Catalyst consultants will assist organizations achieve the two essential dimensions of alignment: vertical and horizontal. The vertical alignment will involve the organizational strategy necessary to transform that strategy into meaningful work. It helps the people in the organization to tie their efforts to the vision, mission and goals of the organization.
